I am a University of Toronto Honours BBA student specializing in Management & Information Technology focused on technical project and product management and building user-centred solutions that bring real-world impacts. Previously, I was an Automation Intern in the HR Transformation department at MTR Corporation. My experience includes improving operational workflows through automation and analytics, and applying product thinking through user research, prototyping, usability testing, and UX/UI. I am actively seeking new opportunities to learn, contribute, and support impactful projects in tech-driven environments. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

OneFarm

Capstone project developed as part of a collaboration with African Geospace, OneFarm explores how advanced satellite imagery and climate and weather data could be combined into a centralized platform so farmers and agricultural stakeholders can make smarter decisions, minimize risks, and maximize productivity with confidence.

What2Do: Third Spaces & Events Navigator

A prototype application that brings spaces and activities together all in one place. Updated in real time, tailored to your preferences.

Unlike the other projects, this is a project on Project Management, UX, and Product Design Research which my team and I (team of 5) researched on a specific problem space we would like to tackle on, then through iterations of user research, feature planning, and user testing, we turned insights into user stories, acceptance criteria, and a roadmap within a span of approximately 3 months. We then finalized a prototype of a third-space finder application and pitched it to an audience.

LKH Commons

An online private chat messaging platform that allows users to communicate whenever, wherever. Utilized HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flask, Socket.IO, and SQL to create the database, user interface, and the server framework.

Whatsapp Messaging Automation

A simple WhatsApp automatic message sender that allows users to send a message on WhatsApp web at a time of your choice within the next 24 hours. Python-based.

Almost A Boggle!

A simple word search game. Utilized Java to create the user interface and the game mechanics.

Calculator

A simple, non-scientific calculator made fully in Python.

Kyle's Kitchen

A food ordering machine that allows users to order, and modify their cart items. Utilized Python to create the simple user interface and the mechanics behind the machine.
